How to Reach Germain Support

This quick-reference guide will help demonstrate how to reach the Germain Support team, or to be directed to other relevant support avenues.

If you're not sure, Germain Support will help as much as we can, or direct you to the right contact if we can't assist.

The best way to request help is via a Support ticket. Direct emails to Germain staff may result in delays in resolution. Creating a ticket creates a tracking history for both parties and will help Germain Support stay on top of your issue through to resolution.
