Process offline for International Shipments

There may be times in which you need to process a shipment with the carrier directly. In PostalMate, you can still rate and charge your customer in CashMate by clicking Process offline on the Rate Comparison Screen.

This option will not include customs information and will not result in a tracking number. This simply allows you to rate the shipment and carry it over to CashMate POS to collect payment.
