Scheduling Labels Settings
Welcome to the GoRev Administrative Scheduling Labels Settings Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of defining the Labels Settings for the Scheduling Module as an Administrator in GoRev.
1 : Navigating to the Labels Settings Window
Navigating to the Scheduling Module
In order to customize the Labels Settings of the GoRev Scheduling Module, first, begin by clicking on the “Scheduling” button present in the Clinic Modules tab of the GoRev Homepage Toolbar.
Navigating to the Scheduling Settings Window
After the Scheduling window appears on your screen, please click on the “Manage Settings” button present in the Scheduling Toolbar.
Navigating to the Labels Tab
At this point, the Scheduling Settings window will appear on your device. To continue, please navigate to the Labels section of this window by clicking on the corresponding tab present on your screen.
2 : Creating a New Label
As an Administrator, you will have the ability to Create New Labels, Edit Existing Labels, and Delete Unwanted Labels for the GoRev Scheduling Module.
Selecting Required Department
In order to Create a New Label, first, begin by selecting the Department that you would like to Add the Label to using the corresponding drop-down menu on your device.
Utilizing the "New" Button
After selecting the Department that you require, please click on the “New” button in this window.
Entering New Label Name
Once the New Label window becomes visible, please enter a Name for your New Label into the field provided.
Selecting A Label Color
Next, please select a Color for the New Label using the Color drop-down menu present on your screen.
Adding Label to All Departments
Now, in the event that you need the New Label to be Added to All Departments in your system, please click on the corresponding checkbox in this window.
Finalizing Label Creation
Lastly, in order to finalize the Creation of the New Label, please click on the “Save” button present on your screen.
3 : Editing Existing Labels
In addition to Creating New Labels, you, also, have the ability to Edit Existing Labels as an Administrator in GoRev. More specifically, as an Administrator, you will have the ability to make changes to both the Departments that the Label is Added to and the Label’s Color.
Selecting an Existing Label
To begin, please select the Label that you require from the list present on your device.
If you have difficulty locating the Label that you require, please use the Search Field present on your screen to aid in your search.
Adding A Label to Multiple Departments
Now, in order to change the Departments that the Label is Added to, begin by clicking on the “Copy” button on your screen.
At this point, the Copy Label window will appear on your device. To continue, please make any Department changes that you require using the checkboxes provided.
Once you are finished, click on the “Copy” button in this window.
Changing Label Colors
Now, in the event that you would like to, also, make changes to the Color of the selected Label, please begin by clicking on the “Change Color” button present in the Scheduling Settings window.
After the Change Color window becomes visible, please select a New Color for the Label using the corresponding drop-down menu in this window.
Once you are satisfied with the new Label Color, click on the “Save” button present on your screen.
4 : Deleting Unwanted Labels
In addition to Editing Existing Labels, you, also, have the ability to Delete Unwanted Labels as an Administrator in GoRev.
Selecting the Unwanted Label
To begin, please select the Label that you require from the list present on your device.
Utilizing the Delete Button
Next, click on the “Delete” button in the Scheduling Settings window.
Finalizing the Label Removal Process
At this point, the Deleting Label window will appear on your device. In order to finish Deleting the Selected Label, click “Yes”.
