Resetting an employee's MyPay password
Objectives:
Learn how to reset the password for an employee who cannot log into their MyPay portal. This is for administrators or AllPay users who can manage MyPay users.

💡Good to know: An employee can reset their MyPay password if they are able to log into their MyPay and click through to the My Account section. However, if they cannot log into MyPay, they need an AllPay user or administrator to reset their password.

Resetting an employee's MyPay password
Log into AllPay and hover over the Self Serve menu in the top navigation. Then select Users from the Setup column.
Select the MyPay user who needs a reset password by using the filters at the top of the Users tab.
Click on the Send Registration Email button for the MyPay user.
The employee will receive an email from AllPay with information about how to log in, including their user name and new password.
AllianceHCM tip: The employee needs to be sure to check all folders of their email — including their spam folders — to find any emails about their MyPay account. It is possible to use the Change Password fields in AllPay to set a new MyPay password for an employee if they don't have access to their email.The employee can use the information from the email to log in, and then they will have to set a new password once they've logged in.
Select Users from the Self Serve menu
Select the MyPay user and click on Send Registration Email
Employee will receive email with instructions, including new password
Employee can log in using user name and password from email
Employee will have to set a new password
