Creating Lessons & Quizzes

Creating a lesson

Start by typing in the section name you want the lesson to be long to, for example Introduction

Then type in the lesson title and press enter and type in the lesson description which will be shown under additional notes in the lesson view.

Uploaded content like video or images will be displayed on the main content area of each lesson.

By default, lessons will show to all students regardless of cohort, but you may assign only certain cohorts to view the lesson by adding the respective schedules.

You may also add additional materials for students to download on the lesson page.

Creating a quiz for your lesson

Each lesson can have a quiz for student engagement and testing their knowledge. You may add open ended written assessments or multiple choice questions.

For open ended questions you may select the format for the student to answer in.

They can submit in free form essay, attachments and external links.

You may add a learning outcome for student learning reports.

You can choose the correct answers for MCQ so the LMS can detect if the student has answered wrongly

Scheduling your course for different cohorts

Scheduling allows you to take enrolments for different cohorts, the students will be able to select from the course enrolment page.

You can set different max class size for each cohort if you need to and the enrolments will be limited to that size.
