Contact List Settings📒

The address book in Anffy’s navigation bar forms the backbone of the collaboration system. It’s more than just a contact list; it’s akin to an enterprise’s online organizational chart. Administrators can invite members, build or sync organizational structures, and set roles and departments. These configurations are integral to the system-building process, setting approvals, and adjusting module permissions.

Management Backend Settings⚙️

Anffy’s management backend is a comprehensive control center for workspace administration. Here, administrators can:

  • Monitor and modify basic workspace information.
  • Access various management permissions.
  • Click the "More" button in the navigation bar to enter the backend.

Administrator Settings

There are three administrator interfaces:

  • System Administrator: Has full rights, typically assigned to the workspace registrant.
  • Sub-Administrator: Manages specific applications or areas within the workspace.
  • Light Analysis Administrator: Manages Anffy’s BI tool, light analysis.

Administrators can also delegate data editing and report viewing permissions within their authority.

Permission System

After setting up the corporate address book and organizational structure, system administrators need to define permissions for different roles. Anffy's comprehensive permission system allows for detailed control over workspaces, applications, and field processes.

Personal Center Settings

In the personal center, accessible via the avatar at the navigation bar's bottom, users can switch workspaces, update personal information, and delegate tasks. This feature ensures a personalized and efficient user experience within the Anffy platform.
