Unified Platform Access for Clients

CARD OVERVIEW: This card serves as a guide specifically for DSE/VPDS/AE on the steps to request unified platform access for a new clients

Description: This will provide DSE/AE/VPDS steps to grant Clients access to the Dashboard.

  1. Login to the iHeart Digital Solutions (Community) Page.
  2. Look up Order on the Search field on the page.

  1. Once search is complete, select the Order on the Orders.

  1. On the Details tab on the Order, go to Dashboard Access Info section and select Client 1, 2, or 3 if Multiple is client is needed. Then click on the Pen icon and then enter the name of the Client.
    Note: If Client doesn't exist, DSE/AE needs to create a new profile for the client.

  1. Click on the Show All Results for "Name".

  1. Select New Contact.

  1. Choose options Enterprise or Markets depending on what the Client needs access with.

  1. Fill out the prerequisite fields like First Name, Last Name, Account Name and Email Address then click Save.

  1. Once Client is added on the Client 1, 2 or 3 fields it will automatically create a ticket to the Solutions Team and will be added to Dashboard. A confirmation will be sent that the Client has been successfully added to the Dashboard on the ticket and an email will be sent to the Client to complete the registration to gain access the Unified Platform and have visibility over the dashboard.
