DHL Address Line 2 Issue in Version 12.14.2


Issue: With the latest DHL Dynamic Rating technology changes, some of you may have encountered instances where Address Line 2 was not included on the label or transmitted to DHL along with your shipment information

Workaround: In PostalMate, use Find Package to look up any DHL shipments sent since you updated to version 12.14.2 (release date 10.26.23). View those shipments to see if the ShipTo address included information on Address line 2. If so, track those packages to see if they have been delivered. If you find any packages that have not been delivered due to the missing Address Line 2 information, please contact DHL customer support. They will assist you in updating their records with the additional address information.

Status: This issue has been promptly resolved in version 12.14.3 of PostalMate, which is now available.
