A how-to-guide to where and how a member can update their policies on branch.com or in the Branch app and what details are visible

Locating policy information

On branch.com, members will always see View documents & ID cards on the homepage. If you're on the app, simply click the Policy tab in the footer, then follow the steps below.

  1. Click View documents & ID cards
  2. Click View documents for the policy you would like to access documents for

*Depending on the device you are accessing your Account from, the view of the screenshots below might look different, but the information will be the same.

*Information, Coverages, Billing and Documents are available in the prior, current and renewal terms. If there is an upcoming renewal you must click into View Renewal to access the same details.

Auto & Home

The screenshots are views of an auto policy. Home policies may have different documents showing.

  1. You will be brought to the Documents tab
  2. You can click the download icon to access any document
    1. In the app you may have to scroll to see additional documents

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
