Guru Logos: Logo Usage Guide

Usage basics

You may not:

- Use any logos or Guru imagery to represent Guru other than in an approved manner.
- Use a Guru logo to promote or imply endorsement of a product or service without our express consent.
- Use old versions of our logo or any other marks to represent our brand.
- Distribute Guru branded logos or assets.

TL;DR: just be cool, man. 😎

Primary logo

Use this logo in any instance you're able. This is our primary, full logo.

The polygon

Use this logo where the primary logo may not fit.

Logo colors

The all-black version of our logo should be used always. Our green logo has been phased out and is now outside of brand standards.

Use your best judgement when placing the logo over a photograph. If you're unsure, please reach out to the Brand Studio and we'd be happy to help.

NOTE: When in its primary form (versus its white, knockout version), the G in our logo is NOT knocked out but remains white on top of the black polygon shape. (Knocked out = the background color shows through)

Logo padding

What is padding? Padding is the space around an element. Padding goes around all four sides of the element and is space that is meant to give the element breathing room.

Make sure to give this li’l cutie some space! πŸͺ
A good rule of thumb is to size padding at about half the size of our logo.
