- Remember that the audience of the job description is a young work seeker
- The job description needs to be interesting and exciting
- Enough detail to explain the job opportunity, but not too much that it's boring and too technical
- You should use language that is going to 'sell' the opportunity
- Use your company's brand to entice work seeker's to apply
- Do not just copy and paste a job description you have used for internal purposes - think about the audience and how it might be interpreted by a young work seeker using SAYouth.mobi
- Use sub-headings to break up various parts of the job description (you can also make these bold, to help make it easier on the eye)
- Use bullet points, so that it's easy to read
- Do not make it too long!
