Assignment: Post-launch--Built-in-quality Guard

You will work hand-in-hand with the other members of the Quality Trio (the Pre-launch Built-in-quality Guards, you the Post-launch--built-in-quality Guards, and the Regression Reducers). Together, and only together, can our dreams of high quality be achieved.

As Post-Launch Built-in-quality Guards, our toolset will focus on two things:

1. Pre-build; De-risking

   1. During shaping, identifying areas within the app that have the tendency to cause volume for the Hiring Experts, and therefore turn into bugs

      1. Your risk assessment insight will directly impact the prioritization, level of effort, and overall direction of the squad. This will likely involve working with members of our customer success, operations, DevOps, third-party integration partners, as well as the other squads.

   2. Decomposition and Sequencing the work in such a way that we isolate and test risky parts

      1. When epics are created, you should be one of, if not, the top clarifying question asker.

         1. This is not just finding pitfalls, but being collaborative in coming up with the solution

2. Post-build; Testing

   1. Organizing pre-launch (internal, alpha, beta, and gamma) testing so that we find as many issues as possible with the least amount of negative impact as possible.
