You and your customers will quickly be able to see if container-level and customs exceptions occur so that you can take action, if required, to get the shipment back on track.

Understand immediately if there is a hold in customs to quickly take action. USA import customs only but we will expand to more countries soon.

Can I adjust when I get the reminder notifications? No, these reminders are set for 3 days before the target date for all users.
Will these notifications be grouped? No, you will get individual notifications for each exception or reminder.
Will these new notifications be turned on by default? No, you will need to go to Settings β> Notifications and select the notification(s) youβd like to receive.
Can I subscribe my customer to receive these email notifications? No, each user controls their own email notification settings.
Will the email notifications be white-labeled with my branding, logo and colors? Yes
Can I edit the text in the email notifications? No, not at this time.
When are reminders cleared?
