Navigating Data Entry Workflow
Welcome to the GoRev Navigating Data Entry Workflow Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of Navigating the Data Entry Workflow Module in GoRev.
1 : Navigating to the Data Entry Workflow Module
As a GoRev User, the Data Entry Workflow Module will allow you to Create New Data Entry Workflow Items, Edit Existing Data Entry Workflow Items, View Data Entry Workflow Items, and Complete Data Entry Workflow Items. To begin, click on the “Data Entry Workflow” button present in the Clinic Modules Toolbar.
2 : Utilizing the "Add" Function
At this point, the Data Entry Workflow Module will appear on your device. In order to Create a New Data Entry Workflow Item, first, begin by clicking on the “Add” button in this window.
3 : Entering a Workflow Item Description
Once the Edit Workflow Item window becomes visible, please enter a Description of the Workflow Item into the corresponding field provided.
4 : Uploading a Workflow Document
Next, please upload a Workflow Document to GoRev by clicking on the “Browse” button and uploading the appropriate PDF File from your device.
5 : Opening the Item Status Drop-Down Menu
Now, in order to Define the Item Status of the Workflow Item, first, begin by clicking on the Item Status drop-down menu on your screen.
6 : Selecting the "New" Option
After the drop-down menu appears on your device, please select the “New” option from this menu to continue the Creation of the New Workflow Item.
7 : Saving the New Workflow Item
Once you are finished, click on the “Save” button in this window to finalize the Creation of the New Workflow Item.
8 : Selecting the Appropriate Workflow Item
In addition to the Creation of New Data Entry Workflow Items, the Data Entry Workflow Module will, also, allow you to Edit Existing Data Entry Workflow Items. To begin, please select the appropriate Data Entry Workflow Item from the list on your screen.
9 : Utilizing the "Edit" Function
Next, click on the “Edit” button in the Data Entry Workflow Toolbar.
10 : Editing and Saving the Data Entry Workflow Item
At this point, the Edit Workflow Item window will appear on your device. To continue, please edit any of the information in this window that you require. Once you are finished, please save the Edited Workflow Item by clicking on the “Save” button in this window.
11 : Selecting a Workflow Item to View
In addition to the modification of Existing Workflow Items, the Data Entry Workflow Module will, also, allow you to View the Uploaded Documents of Data Entry Workflow Items. To begin, please select the appropriate Data Entry Workflow Item from the list on your screen.
12 : Utilizing the "View" Function
Now, in order to View the Uploaded Document of your selected Data Entry Workflow Item, please click on the “View” button in the Data Entry Toolbar.
13 : Selecting a Workflow Item to Complete
Lastly, as a GoRev User, the Data Entry Workflow Module will, also, allow you to Complete a Data Entry Workflow Item. To begin, please select the appropriate Workflow Item from the list on your device.
14 : Completing the Selected Workflow Item
Next, click on the “Work” button in the Data Entry Toolbar.After the selected Workflow Item become visible, please complete any necessary tasks for the item, and then close the Workflow Document.
15 : Understanding the Status Change of the Selected Workflow Item
While Viewing a Data Entry Workflow Item will not cause the item to disappear from the Data Entry Workflow Item list, using the Work function to Complete a Data Entry Workflow Item will cause the Item Status to change from New to In Progress.
As a result, the, selected Workflow Item will no longer be present on your screen.
16 : Opening the Show Drop-Down Menu
Now, in order to View the selected Data Entry Workflow Item, first, begin by clicking on the “Show” button in the Data Entry Workflow window.
17 : Locating the Selected Workflow Item
Once the drop-down menu becomes visible, please select the “In Progress” option from the list to view the selected Data Entry Workflow Item.
18 : Utilizing Other Show Menu Options
Lastly, if you would like to view a list of Completed Workflow Items or a list of Workflow Items that are On Hold, please use the corresponding options from the Show drop-down menu present on your device to complete this task.
