This may happen when the receiver's address is incorrect. To submit a redelivery request for this package please fill out the form in our website.

🚩 The sender address is not a valid or official FedEx address. (the .pe domain indicates it is sent from Peru)
🚩 The 'website' linked is not a 'Package Team' or FedEx website and is also a .pe domain—do not click on any links included in a suspicious email.
🚩 The package delivery date listed in the email is after the date this email was sent
🚩 There are grammar and punctuation issues throughout the message. (note the two periods after 'refunded' and the inclusion of both Privacy Operations and Package Team as potential senders.)
