2 Setup Steps
6.1 Function Entrance
In "Edit Application", go to "Extended Settings" > "Submit Settings" and activate "Add Data Source Tag".
6.2.1 Select Tag Fields
Choose between "Data Source (System Field)" or "Form Specified Field".
System Field: Embed tags in form links; tags appear as "Data Source" values after submission.
Specified Fields: Fill different tags into specified form fields; tags appear as values in data.
6.2.2 Set Data Source (System Field)
Fill in custom tags, confirm to generate a link, and republish.
6.2.3 Set Specified Fields in the Form
Enter custom tags, select fields for tagging, confirm to generate a link, and republish.
6.2.4 Usage
- Distribute links via copying or QR code generation.
- System Field Example: Data source values display corresponding salesperson links.
- Specified Fields Example: Membership levels distinguished in the "Member Level" field.
3 Precautions
Character Limit: Up to 20 characters in the input box for the "data source tag" function.
Form Specified Field Function:
- Default content in a field takes precedence over custom tags.
- Editable or visible fields in the applicant node can be filled normally; hidden fields cannot.
