How to Tell if AEs/Clients Were Granted Access to the Campaign Dashboard

Overview: THIS CARD OUTLINES THE PROCESS OF REVIEWING THE ORDER TO UNDERSTAND IF THE AE AND CLIENT ACCESS HAve BEEN GRANTED

Description: Follow the steps below to understand how to see if the AE and Client have access to the Dashboard on your Order

  • Navigate to the Order tab and locate your Order

  • Scroll down to Dashboard Access section and refer to the "AE/Client Access Granted?" checkbox

  • The box will not be checked until the "Scheduled AE Access Date" to eliminate the potential confusion of granting access to the Dashboard before the Dashboard is available.

  • If "AE/Client Access Granted?" box is checked, then all users listed in the AE and Client fields should have been granted access to the Brand listed on the Order. If the box is checked but the AE or Client is still unable to view the Dashboard, please submit a Markets Platform Support case for the Support team to investigate the issue.
