Campaign Selection Screen

What is it?

The Campaign Selection Screen is a library of all Campaign Dashboards that a user has access to. Use the Search bar in the upper left corner to search for a specific Campaign or Company Dashboard.

Use the Company name link to navigate to the Company Dashboard. See this card for more information on the Company Dashboards.

Use the Campaign Name link to navigate to the Campaign Dashboard. See this card for more information on the Campaign Dashboards.

Use the filter icon in the upper right corner to filter down the results of the Selection Screen. Available filters include Date filtering, Market filtering, Company filtering, Active Orders filtering, and Media Type filtering. Click the Apply button in the lower right corner to apply your filters to the Selection Screen.

  • The market filter is used to filter to show campaigns that were booked within a specific market (ie Atlanta, GA or New York, NY). Only 1 market can be selected at a time in this filter.
  • The company filter is used to filter to show campaigns that belong to a certain company. One or multiple companies may be selected in this filter.
  • The date filter is used to filter down to campaigns that occurred within a specific time period.
  • The All Orders vs Active Orders toggle is used to show orders that are currently active vs all orders that you have access to, regardless of flight dates.
  • The media type filter is used to filter down to dashboard that contain a certain media type or product. Each media type has Sub-type which can be used to further narrow your search. For example, you are able to distinguish between iAN Podcast and iHeartMedia Podcast. Use the carets next to each media type to see the available drill-downs within each media type.

*If you are having trouble viewing all of your orders in the Selection Screen, ensure that there are no filters intact. If filters are applied, you will see a Green Dot next to the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Click the “Reset” button to remove the filters from the tray and then click “Apply” to remove the filter results from the Selection Screen.
