Onboard with Existing Residents
If the property has existing residents, we will need the following information during the transition phase. This applies to most cases of transferring property to GPS Renting.
- Current lease
- Six-month rent payment history to ensure that there is no delinquency
- Move-in inspection report
- Resident's full name and contact info (email and phone)
- HOA information if possible
- Power and utility information
- Keys transfer
- Security deposit and pre-paid rent transfer (if the deposit and pre-paid rent is managed by GPS Renting. Owner can also keep the security deposit)
- Ads, including photos and content, if possible
- Warranty or Builder Warranty Info
Please also inform the resident about the change of management. We will notify the resident on how to pay rent and submit maintenance requests in the future. Thank you so much!
