Added State Facility ID and Submission Status (Production/Test) to Texas THCIC configuration UI
Previously users had to submit a ticket to configure the State Facility ID and turn the THCIC reporting system to production status. These can now be set within the updated UI shown below. For reference, the complete THCIC filing guide is found here: THCIC State Reporting
