Scheduling Print Templates Settings
Welcome to the GoRev Scheduling Print Templates Settings Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of defining the Print Templates Settings for the Scheduling Module in GoRev.
1 : Navigating to the Print Templates Settings Window
Navigating to the Scheduling Window
In order to customize the Print Templates Settings of your GoRev Scheduling Module, first, begin by clicking on the “Scheduling” button present in the Clinic Modules tab on the GoRev Homepage Toolbar.
Navigating to the Scheduling Settings Window
After the Scheduling window appears on your screen, please click on the “Manage Settings” button present in the Scheduling Toolbar.
Navigating to the Print Templates Tab
At this point, the Scheduling Settings window will appear on your device. To continue, please navigate to the Print Templates section of this window by clicking on the corresponding tab present on your screen.
2 : Creating a New Print Template
As a GoRev User, you will have the ability to Create New Print Templates, Edit and View Existing Print Templates, and Delete Unwanted Print Templates for the GoRev Scheduling Module.
Selecting Required Department
In order to create a new Print Template, first, begin by selecting the Department that you would like to create a Print Template in by using the corresponding drop-down menu on your device.
Utilizing the "New" Button
After selecting the Department that you require, please click on the “New” button in this window.
Entering New Print Template Name
Once the New Template window becomes visible, please enter a Name for the New Print Template into the field provided.
Then, click “Create”.
Selecting Visible Data Fields
At this point, the newly named Print Template will be present on your screen. In order to continue the creation of a new Print Template, please select the Visible Data Fields that you require by clicking on the corresponding checkboxes present in the Visible Data Fields area in this window.
Choosing a Font
After selecting the Visible Data Fields that you require, please choose a Font for your Print Template using the Font Family drop-down menu on your screen.
Selecting Font Size and Row Padding
Next, please select a Font Size and Row Padding height for the Print Template using the corresponding fields provided.
Choosing Print Template Format
At this point, if you would like to print your Print Template in Landscape mode, please select the “Landscape” checkbox present in this window.
Additionally, in the event that you would like to repeat the header on each page of your Print Template, please select the "Repeat Header" checkbox using the corresponding field provided.
Defining Page Width
Next, please select the required Page Width for your Print Template by utilizing the Page Width scale visible on your device.
Exclude Rooms or Resources
Now, if you would like to Exclude a particular Room or Resource from the Print Template, please click on the corresponding checkbox in the Exclude Rooms or Resources section of this window.
Saving the Newly Created Print Template
Lastly, in order to finalize the creation of the new Print Template, please click on the “Save Template” button present on your screen.
3 : Editing Existing Print Templates
In addition to Creating New Print Templates, you, also, have the ability to Edit and View Existing Print Templates in GoRev.
Selecting Required Department and Print Template
To begin, please select the Department and the Print Template that you require using the corresponding drop-down menus in this window.
Editing and Saving the Selected Print Template
At this point, the Existing Print Template will appear on your device. To continue, please Edit any of the information in this window that you require. Once you are finished, click on the “Save Template” button on your screen.
Renaming and Adding A Print Template to Multiple Departments
Additionally, as a GoRev User, you will, also, have the ability to Rename the Print Template and Change the Departments to which the Print Template is Added. To begin, please click on the “Copy” button in this window.
After the Copy Template window becomes visible, please make any changes to the Print Template Name that you require using the corresponding field provided.
Next, please make any Department changes needed by clicking on the corresponding Department checkboxes present on your device.
Note: If you need the Print Template to be added to All Departments in your system, please click on the “Select All” checkbox in this window.
Once you are satisfied with the entered information, click on the “Copy” button present on your screen.
Previewing the Edited Print Template
At this point, the details of the newly Edited Print Template will be present on your device. In order to Preview the Print Template, please use the “Preview” button in this window.
4 : Deleting Unwanted Print Templates
In addition to Editing and Viewing Existing Print Templates, as a GoRev User, you, also, have the ability to Delete Unwanted Print Templates.
Selecting the Unwanted Print Template
To begin, please select the Print Template that you require using the “Select Template” drop-down menu present on your screen.
Utilizing the Delete Button
Next, click on the “Delete” button in the Scheduling Settings window.
Finalizing the Print Template Removal Process
At this point, the Deleting Template window will appear on your device. In order to finish Deleting the selected Print Template, click “Yes”.
