IHM Reports
This card provides an overview of How to Use the IHM Reports Tab
Overview: The IHM Reports tab is an easy way to quickly pull reports directly from the Dashboard. This view is accessible to all internal IHM users and Unified (Managed Service) users.
Note that when pulling a report for iAN Podcast and iAN Streaming, the VCR and video view through metrics will represent Listen Through Rates.

IHM Reports can be pulled directly from the Campaign and Company Dashboards as well as the IHM Reports tray.

How to Create a One Time Report
- Click on the Hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the dashboard to navigate to the menu. Click on the IHM Reports tab.
- Choose a Report from the list of available reports in the Report tab on the screen.
- Note: If you do not see any reports, make sure all filters are cleared
- The right tray will pop open on the right side of the screen. Click the “By Order” or “By Dashboard Name” Data Configuration option.
- Search for the order or orders to export in a single report in the Search bar. Click the + icon to add the order(s) to the Selected Orders. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
- To remove a Selected Order, click the X under the Selected Orders to remove the order from the selection.
- Select a date range to export for the report for. Pre-set date ranges are available as well as custom reporting ranges.
- From here, you can either use the Email Report button in the bottom right corner to immediately email the report to yourself. Or you can create a Schedule Report. (see below for steps)
How to Create a Multi-template Report
Multi-Template Reports allow users to use multiple report templates from different publishers in one Report Export. Mutli-template reports are now available to IHM users. Note that users can choose multiple templates from the same publisher or different publishers.

How to Set up a Scheduled Report
- Users have the option to Create a Scheduled Report. To do so, follow the One Time Report steps until Step 6. Instead of clicking the “Email Report” button, select the “Create Schedule Report” option under the Date Range picker.
- Select the Schedule Start Date and Schedule End Date.
- Select the Frequency of the scheduled report. The options are Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly or Quarterly.
- Select the Delivery Time and the Timezone for the delivery
- Enter the email addresses to which the Scheduled Report should be delivered.
- Enter a Schedule Name, or keep the pre-populated name in the text box.
- Once you have completed all the fields, click the “Schedule Report” button in the bottom of the tray.
- Note: all fields must be filled out in order for this button to be enabled.
How to Edit a Scheduled Report
- Once you have set up a Scheduled Report, you are able to edit them from the “Schedules” tab.
- Search for the name of the scheduled report in the Search bar.
- Click on the Schedule Name. The right tray will appear to the right of the screen.
- Edit the fields in the tray as needed (Start Date, End Date, Frequency, Delivery Time, Timezone, Filename, Schedule Name, Email and Email Details).
- Note: To save, the Start Date must be greater than or equal to the current date
- Click Update Report to update your scheduled report
- To stop the report from running, change the End date to a date less than or equal to the current date.
