We are focused on continuing to streamline the bookings process for you and your customers.

We just launched 2 new updates which will enhance the user experience when working with bookings on the Logixboard platform.

  1. Bookings Launchpad On Dashboard
  2. Cancel Booking By LSP Or Client

πŸ‘€ UPDATE 1: Bookings Launchpad On Dashboard

You and your clients will now be able to create a booking directly from the main dashboard, without having to navigate to the bookings module.

You and your clients will also have an easy to read summary of booking statuses as soon as you log into the platform.

πŸ‘€ UPDATE 2: Cancel Booking By LSP Or Client

This feature will give you and your clients the ability to cancel a booking and create a new one when ready to move forward.

This is useful when for example, a booking is no longer going to happen but you'd like to keep a record of it for analytics purposes.

A Booking can be cancelled at any time except when the status is "Booking Confirmed".
