Account Cancellation

1 Introduction

Anffy accounts support users to log out on their own without affecting existing data.

2. Setup steps

2.1 Configuration prerequisites

1. When the super administrator needs to log out, if there are other members in the workspace, he needs to transfer the super administrator identity to other members in the workspace first; if there are no other members in the workspace, he can log out directly.

2. Other members need to exit all workspaces and click the personal center link to log out.

2.2 Function entrance

Click the user in the left navigation bar, click "Personal Center", enter "Account Information", and click "Logout"

2.3 Function setting steps

2.3.1 Read the notes and terms

After clicking logout, you need to confirm the logout and fully read the notes and terms. Check "I have read and accept the above agreement" and wait for 10 seconds before clicking confirm.

2.3.2 Read the Terms of Service

After confirming that you have fully read the precautions and terms, you need to read the terms of service carefully. Slide to the bottom and click Confirm after reading.

2.3.3 Enter email password to confirm logout

After confirming that you have fully read the terms of service, enter your email and password to confirm the logout. If all the logout detection conditions are met, the logout can be completed.

When entering your email and password, if you enter incorrectly three times within 30 minutes, you will not be able to log out of your account within 2 hours.

When the logout test fails, you can complete the prerequisites for logout according to the prompts, and then apply for logout again.

2.4 Performance after account cancellation

  1. After the account is successfully canceled, it will automatically go offline and return to the Anffy registration and login interface. The email and mobile phone of the canceled account will no longer be bound to the account.
  2. When you need to use Anffy again, you can re-register Anffy account through your original email address and mobile phone. However, the account after registration is a brand new account and will not inherit the workspace status, data, to-do list and other information of the original account.

3. Precautions

  1. Before initiating the logout operation, please confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to the terms of service.
  2. Account cancellation cannot be revoked. After cancellation, the services and data under the account will be deleted and cannot be restored. In order to protect your personal rights, please be careful when initiating the logout operation.
  3. Before logging out the account, you need to inform the workspace administrator in advance and complete the handover of to-do data, node leaders, and other matters related to permissions, identities, and roles in the workspace.

1. Function introduction

Deregistering the workspace: It is an enterprise behavior, that is, deregistering the workspace after stopping using Anffy products and services in accordance with the contract and procedures.

2.1 Cancellation application

If you need to cancel your Anffy account, please contact your after-sales consultant.

2.2 Cancellation conditions

Deregistration of the workspace is a corporate action. Prior to initiating deregistration, please engage in negotiations with your after-sales consultant. Ensure confirmation and completion of the service terms, as well as the corresponding content in the contract. Only after both parties have reached an agreement and completed the necessary processes, specifications, and procedures, may you proceed with submission.

2.3 Performance after cancellation in the workspace

  1. After receiving your cancellation request, Anffy will delete the address book, applications, data and other data in your workspace.
  2. After logging out, you and the members in your workspace will not be able to enter the workspace again.
  3. When you decide to log out of the workspace, it means that you have also given up a series of purchased content such as the paid version, services, plug-ins, and additional purchased content of the workspace.
