Events IT Request for Zoom Support

NOTE: The Zoom Support Request form should be filled out by The New School event coordinator who is familiar with the AV request, and ideally be the on-site coordinator as well.

Events IT can provide assistance with Zoom events, ranging from checking the settings on your Zoom meeting or webinar, running a walk-through or training session, and being present (but in the background) to troubleshoot during your event.

To request support, fill out the online form (also embedded below) which will then be submitted to Events IT.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
