One Account YTD Trial Balance

The One Account YTD Accounting Trial Balance report shows all journal entry transactions for the year beginning with the first month of the fiscal year through the period ending for the selected account.

The period ending date is in month/year format. If you choose the spreadsheet option, the report will be created in a spreadsheet format. You also have the option to include any JE comments on the report.
Navigation Tip: General Ledger >> Financial Reports >> One Account YTD Trial Balance.

It has the following parameters:

Field	Description
Account Number	GL Account Number. This is a required field and will be a single account number.
Period Ending	Accounting Period Ending in mmyyyy format.
Generate Spreadsheet	If Yes, the report will be created in a spreadsheet format and sent to a shared directory.
Include JE detailed comments	If Yes, then the comments in the JE detail lines will be printed.
Sort by	Sort by journal entry create date or by journal entry number.
