In this tab, you can create pop-ups for new and/or prospective Members.

Presentation

Create a pop-up when someone first visits your Hub as a Member. You can use this pop-up presentation as an onboarding presentation to help new members navigate the platform and the Ecosystem you have created.

Tell them the origin story of the Hub, the goals it’s trying to achieve and what actions to first take in this digital space to orient and integrate properly.

Questionnaire

This allows you to make members answer a list of questions before they become full members. You can see the answers to the questionnaire in the “Action” tab at the top right of your JOGL screen when you’re about to approve them as member. It disappears later on.

Use this to weed out people who might not belong, or to discover key facts about your new members so you can connect them in a specific way to your community etc.

Rules

This allows you to create a set of Rules for you Hub that members have to read through and agree to before they join.

It is definitely recommended to think about some key points your members all agree to. It creates a sense of responsibility and delineates crucial values. Here is a JOGL example.
