It’s really important to understand the psychology of an IT Recruiter to pass the IT Screening. An IT Recruiter is not specialized in any specific set of technologies. They are just sales people who are trying to close a deal to make a commission. At any given point, an IT Recruiter would be handling multiple job requisitions on various technologies. IT Recruiters from India work in night shifts, they are usually occupied with a lot of phone calls from various bench recruiters and jobseekers. The following factors would convince an IT Recruiter to pass you in Screening :

  • candidates confidence to handle the project.

  • candidates commitment to take up the project if selected.

  • reasonable hourly billing rate

  • suitable candidate resume with good years of experience

Let’s say that Pramod from IDC technologies is trying to find candidates for below requirements:

  • ServiceNow Developer
