Corporate / Company Account Application
Objective: To guide clients through the process of opening a corporate/company account with FXTRADING.com and ensure that all required documents and information are submitted accurately and efficiently.
Prerequisites:
- Access to the corporate account application form: corporateclients.fxtrading.com
- Email account for communication: service@fxtrading.com
Procedure:
For Overseas Companies:
- Submission of Corporate Account Application:
- Clients visit corporateclients.fxtrading.com to fill out the corporate account application form.
- Required Documents:
- Company Registered Certificate:
- Full company name.
- Overseas certification bodies' information.
- Company attributes (listed/holding/private).
- Company registration number/PIN.
- Company shareholders/investment information.
- Proof of company address (water and electricity bill or bank bill within three months).
- Global corporate agency identification code LEI.
- Identity documents for directors and shareholders with more than 20% share:
- Passport.
- Proof of address (Chinese clients can use national ID as proof of address).
- Email and telephone.
For Australian Companies:
- ASIC company registration certificate:
- Full company name.
- Company attributes (listed/holding/private).
- Australian Company Number (ACN).
- Company shareholders/investment information.
- Proof of address (water and electricity bill or bank bill within three months).
- Global corporate agency identification code LEI.
- Identity document of directors and shareholders with more than 25% shares in the company.
- Email and telephone.
- Document Submission:
- Clients send an email to service@fxtrading.com with all required documents attached after submitted Application Form online.
- Verification and Approval:
- Peggy Ho, CLIENT ONBOARDING & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT at GES (peggy.ho@gleneagle.com.au) will review the information and documents for approval.
- If any documentation is incomplete, customer service (CS) notifies the client and requests the missing information.
Setting Up Corporate Account:
- If approved by Peggy Ho on GES side, Ops assists in setting up the corporate/company account:
- Click "Start Trading" on FXT website to create a new profile for the client.
- Fill in the registration information based on the details provided.
- Click "Submit."
Personal Details and Compliance Check:
- Click on the account name in the upper-right corner.
- Click "Personal Details" and complete the company information.
- Ensure the client is not a US reportable citizen and a Politically Exposed Person (P.E.P.).
- Fill in client gender(Gender of the director of company) and click "Save Changes."
Document Upload and Compliance Status:
- Find the client in the CRM by using the registered email.
- Open the client's CRM profile.
- Go to "Documents" and upload all the required documents.
- Update the compliance status to "Approved."
- Confirm that the Validation Required is "0."
Account Manager Assignment:
- Assign the company account to the correct Account Manager.
Note:
- Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements is essential.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and promptly address any issues or missing information.
- Regularly update and review the SOP to reflect any procedural changes.
