3.How to Effectively Manage Data
Data Management
Introduction
Effective management and intuitive presentation of application data are crucial for system administrators after building an application.
Comprehensive Data Management
Users typically have access to their relevant data or data views with granted permissions. System administrators or authorized sub-administrators, however, can manage all application-collected data comprehensively. They can access this management interface through the data management button in the application interface's upper right corner.
Management via Data Views
Views and reports are distinct; views offer varied data perspectives, while reports provide comprehensive data statistics, analysis, and presentation. System administrators can design views to filter application data, presenting it to users in the most suitable viewing format. This approach is also a method for delegating data viewing and operational permissions. For the latest updates on hierarchical views, refer to this link.
Basic Information and Operation Permission Settings
In basic settings, system administrators can edit view titles, enable remarks, decide whether to pin views to the top navigation bar, and set view visibility and password access. Operation permission settings in the view configuration allow control over visibility of process logs, flowcharts, Q-Robot, and Webhook logs, and message leaving capabilities.
Data Display Settings
This feature allows comprehensive setting of different views' display and presentation forms.
Data Permission Settings
Data permission configuration is key for filtering data ranges and setting visibility permissions.
Button Configuration
This section allows the addition of system function buttons to the current view or the customization of buttons for data addition and link jumps. This feature enhances user experience by facilitating easy data operations within the view. 🗂️🛠️📊
