Chatime Head Office - Security Camera Access

From a mobile device (IOS / ANDROID / WINDOWS MOBILE):

1) Open the app store on your mobile device and install Easy Viewer or Easy Viewer Plus or scan the QR code below to open a link to install

2) Once installed follow the prompts to set the region to Australia on first installation

3) Press the "+" button in the top right hand corner to add a new device

4) Choose SN/SCAN

5) Scan the QR code as per the details listed at the bottom of this post or you can enter the serial number manually. Once the QR is detected click next

6) Choose NVR as the device

7) Enter the details and click save

Device Name : The name of the store

Username : chatimeheadoffice

Password : Ch@t!me$

8) Click continue. You should now be able to access the NVR

Repeat the process to add multiple sites

From a Desktop PC

1) Download and install Smart PSS

WIndows : https://dahuawiki.com/images/Files/Software/SmartPSS/DH_SMARTPSS-Win64_En_IS_V2.003.0000001.0.R.200413.zip

Mac :​ https://dahuawiki.com/images/Files/Software/OSX/General_SmartPSS_ChnEng_Mac_IS_V2.03.0.R.20191203.pkg.zip

3) Click run smart PSS then finish

4) Set an admin password to access smart PSS

3) Answer the password recovery questions

4) Close the initial preview then click the add buttoon in the top right corner

5) Enter details and click add

Device Name : The name of the store

Method To Add : SN (For Device Support P2P)

Username : chatimeheadoffice

Password : Ch@t!me$

6) If successful the device will appear in the device list. Click the new button to access options for the selected device

6) Choose live view or playback modes to view or playback the device

7) Repeat the process for additional sites
