User Access Reports

Welcome to the GoRev User Access Reports Tutorial. In this tutorial, we will focus on the process of running User Access Reports in GoRev.

1 : Navigating to the Reports and Workflows Window

Click on the “Reports” button.

2 : Navigating to the Report Filters Window

Click on the “User Access Information” tile in this window.image.png

If you have difficulty locating the User Access Information tile on your device, use the Search Field in this windowimage.png

3 : Accessing the Report Filters

the Report Filters window will appear on your screen. You will have the ability to customize the content of your User Access Report by utilizing the “User Access by Facility”, “User Access by User”, or the “User Access - Disabled Users” filter.

4 : Selecting the "User Access by Facility" Filter

Click on the “User Access by Facility” tile.

5 : Locating Your Selected Facility

The “User Access by Facility” window will appear on your device. As a default, the User Access Report in this window will include User Access Information for All GoRev Users in your Selected Facility.image.png

6 : Adding Additional Facilities to Your Report

Click on the “Active Facilities” button in this window.

Select any Facility or Facilities that you require from the list on your screen.image.png

7 : Removing a Facility From Your Report

Click on the corresponding Facility in the Active Facilities drop-down menu.image.png

8 : Further Narrowing Your Report Content

Enter the appropriate search term into the Search Field present in the upper left corner of this window.image.png

9 : Running the Report For All Facilities

Click on the “Select All” option from the Active Facilities drop-down menu.image.png

10 : Removing All Facilities From Your Report

Use the “Clear Selection” option in this menu.

11 : Creating a Report Schedule

Use the “Schedule Report” button in the Report section of the toolbar.image.png

12 : Exporting the Report

Click on the “Export” button in the toolbar.

Select the appropriate Export Option from the list and save the file to your device.image.png

13 : Utilizing the "User Access by User" Filter

Click on the “User Access by User” tile in the Report Filters window.image.png

14 : Accessing the "User Access by User" Sub-Filters

The “User Access by User” Report Filters window will appear on your device. In this window, you will have the ability to run a User Access Report for your selected Facility or Facilities that contains User Access Information for All Users, for a single GoRev User, or for a specific Username.

15 : Utilizing the "All" Sub-Filter

Click on the “All” tile present on your screen and follow the steps discussed earlier in this tutorial.image.png

16 : Navigating to the "By User" Window

Click on the “By User” tile present on your device.

17 : Entering the Required First and Last Name

Enter the required GoRev User’s First Name and Last Name into the corresponding fields provided.image.png

18 : Navigating to the Customized Report

Click on the “Go” button in this window.

Follow the steps discussed previously to tailor the report to your needs.

19 : Navigating to the "By Username" Window

Click on the “By Username” tile.

20 : Entering the Required GoRev Username

enter the required GoRev Username into the field.

Click on the “Go” button.

22 : Utilizing the "User Access - Disabled Users" Filter

Click on the “User Access – Disabled Users” tile in the Report Filters window.image.png
