SwipeClock for managers in MyPay
Objectives:
It's easy to manage SwipeClock time cards, time off requests, and scheduling through MyPay, the AllianceHCM employee portal. If you're a manager, you can take care of everything through your MyPay account.

💡Good to know: The information in this article is only relevant if your company uses SwipeClock for its time management. If your company doesn't use SwipeClock, then your Web Clock will not function the same way and you can contact your administrator for help about how to track and manage time-related tasks.
SwipeClock for managers
Log into MyPay. From your dashboard, click on the tile for Web Clock.
Once you're in the Web Clock, you'll see your own clock as well as options along the bottom for Timecard, Time Off, and Scheduling.
Timecard
If you click Timecard, then you will get tabs at the top to see both My Time Card and Manage Time Cards. Under the Manage Time Cards tab you'll see the time cards for your team, and you can click on one to see details and approve the time card.
When you click on a day in a time card, you can see options to Edit, Add and Add Note. When you click Edit, you can edit punch times, allocations, and more options before updating or deleting an entry.
Time Off
If you click Time Off, then you will get tabs at the top to see My Time Off, Manage Requests, Calendar, and Balances. Under the Manage Requests tab you'll see the requests for your team, and you can click on one to see details and approve or deny the request.
You can also click on the Overlapping Requests tab to see who else requested off for the same date.
From the Time Off section, there are also tabs to see a Calendar and time off Balances for individuals. On the Balances tab, you can run a report to see time balances for selected employees, as well as adjustments.
Scheduling
If you click Scheduling, then you'll see a calendar view of schedules.
If your company uses TimeSimplicity
If your company uses TimeSimplicity,
From the Scheduling area, there is a link that says Go to TimeSimplicity and two tabs: My Shedule and Open Shifts. You'll be able to see your schedule and any open shifts that you can pick up.
Click on the Go to TimeSimplicity link to open the TimeSimplicity calendar. You'll be able to navigate back to the main Web Clock area or other areas with the links at the bottom of the screen.
