All equipment purchases are subject to General Manager or Corporate leadership approval. Please note, your manager must submit the request via the link below.
Equipment Request Form:
Germain Portal
- Go to the Germain Portal
- Select "Support Portal" > Submit a Request
- Select "Equipment Request"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the request for equipment.
