Label Printer - iDPRT SP310 Thermal Label Maker Configuration

Use this guide to configure an iDPRT Thermal Label Maker printer for use within the GoRev environment.

Step 1 - Install Windows Drivers

These can be found here: https://www.idprt.com/Products/SP310.html

Or you can download them directly here: iDPRT_TSPL_Label_Printer_Windows_Driver_v2.7.4.8.zip

Step 2: Configure Printer with specific labels

You will need to configure each iDPRT printer with each type of label you insert. If you intend on changing between label sizes frequently we suggest buying multiple printers and keeping same size labels loaded at all times.

Navigate to your printer management screen in Windows and right click on the printer and click Properties (or click Manage and then Printer Properties).

Then click Preferences:

Leave settings default as shown below and click Custom. The custom paper manager will appear. For standard GoRev labels you will use the following Width and Length settings. Click save and your printer is ready for use within GoRev.

IMPORTANT, make sure you select the custom paper size after you create it from the Paper Name drop down list. It does not automatically select the new paper size for you.
