CON: Air BA Voucher/Unused tickets for NDC bookings

How to redeem BA Vouchers in the NDC portal

When the user has an unused ticket or BA voucher from an NDC booking and needs to redeem it for a new trip, we can submit the redemption request in the NDC portal if it qualifies for the below guidelines by BA.

  • If the new outbound travel date departs more than 72hrs.
  • If the request does not require immediate ticketing assistance.
  • If there is no additional cost to be collected.

Use the following credentials to log-in to make your request:

If the request qualifies on the above guidelines, kindly create a new PNR in IAG portal (you can access this via Okta or you can also find the IAG link and credentials from THIS Guru card). Please make sure that accurate details are being added to the new PNR. Once done, please submit the request using the form found on the link below:

If the request does not qualify on the above guidelines, still create a new PNR in IAG portal and call BA NDC line (please check the contact info HERE) for assistance.
