If you have already setup your Parent Portal account in Clevr and you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Clevr login page: https://www.clevrcloud.ca/clevr/
Click on the Forgot Password link.
Enter your Clevr username (usually your email address) and click Reset Password.
You should see a confirmation message stating that an email has been has been sent (which can take up to 30 minutes to receive). The message should be from: notifications@weareclevr.com
Once you receive the email, click on the clevr Login link within the message.
You will be taken directly to a page to enter a New Password. Then Re-Enter the new Password and click Apply.
Once the new password has been applied, you should see a confirmation message stating that the password has been changed.
The system will automatically log you into the Clevr Parent Portal (using the new password you just created).
