Resetting a Parent Portal Password in Clevr

If you have already setup your Parent Portal account in Clevr and you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Clevr login page:

  2. Click on the Forgot Password link.

  3. Enter your Clevr username (usually your email address) and click Reset Password.

  4. You should see a confirmation message stating that an email has been has been sent (which can take up to 30 minutes to receive). The message should be from:

  5. Once you receive the email, click on the clevr Login link within the message.

  6. You will be taken directly to a page to enter a New Password. Then Re-Enter the new Password and click Apply.

  7. Once the new password has been applied, you should see a confirmation message stating that the password has been changed.

  8. The system will automatically log you into the Clevr Parent Portal (using the new password you just created).

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
