How to Setup the DSC Tab in System Configuration

*This document is designed to assist with defining settings in System Configuration under the tab DSC

The Court application can process Driver Safety Course requests. The parameters are defined under the DSC tab in System Configuration

Options to define:

  • How many days are allowed to make a payment after approval? Input the number of days the defendant can make a payment after DSC is approved
  • How many days are allowed to complete DSC after payment? Input the number of days the defendant is allowed to complete DSC after the payment is made, normally 90 days
  • Change Assessed Fine
    • Set fine amount to? - Enter amount to set the Fine court cost to after DSC has been processed. This is optional and dollar amount should be entered without a decimal and cents. Example = 100 not 100.00. The fine amount will be pending and only assessed if the defendant fails to provide proof of completion to the court.

Once complete hit Save in the top left hand corner
