Employee Health and Safety Induction
At TrailLite Group Health and Safety, it is not just about meeting our legal requirements but doing what is right.
Inducting all those who work with us is a part of that. We want to inform you of the risks associated with working at TrailLite and let you know how to report hazards, incidents, etc.
Welcome
Welcome to the family of innovators with a heritage steeped in tradition. We started life as a humble cabinetmaker's factory before the team saw an opportunity in the booming 1950s caravan market. Our cabinetmaking abilities were the perfect foundation for creating quality caravan interiors, and 1954 saw the first TrailLite caravan roll off the production line. The design was an instant hit. The team's commitment to quality and service was soon recognised, and TrailLite's name became synonymous with luxury caravans made in New Zealand. What followed was queues of customers waiting for their slice of our Kiwi pie. Our values haven't changed since 1954, especially our attention to detail and quality. We're pretty sure it's why we've survived since the 1950s and thrived to become New Zealand's leading and oldest motorhome manufacturer today. Being part of TrailLite means being part of a family-owned and operated company with over 60 years of treating their crew and customers like family. We are always looking for great people keen to work for a world-class luxury brand and product. Anyone who commits to customer service wants to take pride in the work they do, and enjoys working hard as a team and backing one another should get in touch with us today! For more information on being part of the TrailLite Team, have a look around our website https://www.traillite.co.nz/about-us/workfor-us/
