Leadership Pathway to Principal:
Mentorship Program Participation

As part of our commitment to leadership development, certain ranks within Mazzetti are required to actively participate in the Mentorship Program:

  • Associate Principals: All individuals holding the rank of Associate Principal are required to enroll as both mentors and mentees. This dual role ensures that they contribute to the development of others while continuing their own professional growth. Associate Principals are expected to meet with their assigned mentor and mentee at least six times during the calendar year.
  • Principals: All individuals holding the rank of Principal are required to serve as mentors. Their focus is on developing the next generation of leaders within the company, leveraging their experience and expertise to guide others.

Participation in the Mentorship Program is a key component of our leadership pathway and is essential for maintaining and advancing within these ranks.
