Intrax Document Retrieval: System Update
As part of our commitment to enhancing security, efficiency, and collaboration, we are updating our document-sharing process. Beginning February 2025, all official documentation related to our projects will be shared via Box using secure shared links instead of email attachments.

New Document Distribution Process
When a job is issued, instead of receiving attachments via email, you will now receive an email containing a link to the relevant shared Box folder.

Accessing Documents in Box
When you click the link in the email, you will be directed to the shared Box folder, which will appear as shown below:
- Green Banner Note: The green banner at the top offers the option to log in, but this is not mandatory. You can close it by clicking the "x" on the right-hand side.
- Folder Navigation: You can navigate the folders as you would in any file explorer. Each folder will be labelled with the relevant service and date, making it easy to locate the most recent files.
- Downloading Files:
- To download a specific file, hover over the three dots menu icon and click Download.
- To download an entire folder, click the Download button.

Accessing Documents Through the Digital Portal
Alternatively, you can access documents via the Intrax Digital Portal:
- Navigate to the relevant job in the Portal.
- Click "Documents" in the right-hand sidebar.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the folder you wish to view. In some cases, you may only see the folder titled "Documents Issued by Intrax".
- Once the folder is selected, the files and subfolders available will be displayed. To download a file, simply click the Download button next to it.
