Seattle Renters Handbook

Because Seattle has such different laws that can be confusing-- it would be beneficial to also provide new owners with a link to the Seattle Renter's Handbook when onboarding. This is also a requirement for all new leases within Seattle. A physical copy is required at move in. Renewals do not require a physical copy.
