How to Fulfill

  • When a booking comes through our system, we first must review the order; check client’s notes and make sure there are no double bookings, that there are no date/time overlaps.
  • The task below will fire at check out:
    • Jewish Museum and Synagogue Ticket: A new order came in. Please email the Jewish Museum (mer@museoebraico.roma.it) and request the visit and the guide. Per our contract, they will answer within 24 hours.
  • Before sending the request to Sara, we must check the website to see if the time slot is available. If it isn't, we will need to have C/AX reach out to the clients for their alternate availability.
  • Email the Jewish Museum to request the tour (mer@museoebraico.roma.it ):

  • Leave an order note saying guide has been requested with Front link, and add a comment as well to the task and complete
  • Sara will reply to us with confirmation of the tour
  • One week before the tour, the below task will fire for us to follow up for the guide name
    • Did the Jewish Museum provide us with a guide? Assign the guide, write in the docent notes the confirmation of the visit.
    • Send an email to Sara asking for the guide:

    • Then select the green check mark next to their name - this will accept the assignment on their behalf

Cancellation Policy 2023

  • Cancellations by Context Travel from 7 to 2 days from the date of service will be paid at 50% of the total cost to the Jewish Museum of Rome.
  • Cancellations by Context Travel with less than 2 days (48 hours) notice from the date of service will be paid in full to the Jewish Museum of Rome.
  • Changes requested by Context Travel in the last 7 days before the tour, involve a cost of €100
  • In case of request for changes, the Jewish Museum of Rome will block the timetable offered as an alternative for 24 hours, so that Context Travel can check with customers and confirm
  • Time changes, replacement of guides or other modifications by the Jewish Museum of Rome to already booked and confirmed tours will be communicated to Context Travel within 24 hours.
