Until now, the only way users could find a shipment with an exception was via the shipment explorer or if they were already on the shipment details page.

With this update, you and your customers will now be able to see exceptions and reminders directly in the Dashboard, helping you both save time, and avoid costly detention and demurrage fees.

Can we turn off exceptions in the dashboard?
No, we currently do not have the ability to customize the dashboard.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
