ArtsAI in Campaign Dashboard

Overview

ArtsAI is now available to be included in the Campaign Dashboard to measure conversions and attribution associated with a campaign. ArtsAI must be associated with a campaign - reach out to your DSE to turn on this functionality in the dashboard. ArtsAI tags must be set up in ArtsAI before the order begins in order to track the metrics in the dashboard. ArtsAI reporting in the dashboard is available for all applicable products. ArtsAI reporting is available in the Order Level Dashboard, not the Company level dashboard.

How to Add ArtsAI in the Dashboard (DSEs & CMT)

  1. Set up tags with ArtsAI and the client.
  2. AEs should make sure that the Pixel Manager Form includes the correct custom names of the pixels that the customer is expecting to report on.
  3. DSE must use the Pixel Manager Form to add the event names. Make sure to associate the correct custom names with the hardcoded corresponding names.
    1. NOTE: adding the event names into the fields is the switch to turn on/off the dashboard visibility. Even if the same name is used as the field name and the custom name, the name must be input into the field in order for it to appear on the dashboard.
    2. NOTE: the PowerPoint export feature does not support event names that are URLs at this time.
  4. CMT uses the Pixel Manager Form to add the ArtsAI sub-campaign IDs into the ArtsAI Sub-Campaign ID field on the OLI. If multiple sub-campaigns are used for a single OLI, separate the IDs using a comma (ex: 12345,12346,12347).

ArtsAI in the Dashboard

When ArtsAI is included in the order, a new ‘Attribution & Conversion’ tab will appear at the top of the Order dashboard.

Available widget include:

Hero Metrics

  • Total Events Hero Card: a sum of all events included in an order. EvPM for the whole order is included at the bottom of the card.
  • Event Specific Hero Cards: each event that is included in an order will populate its own hero card. ArtsAI has the ability to track up to 6 events (7 including Installs). If the customer is tracking 3 out of 6 events, 3 event specific cards will appear at the top of the dashboard.
    • The name of each event is based on the custom name from the PMF that is input by the DSE into Community
  • If the Hero Metric card is missing from the dashboard, this means the configuration of the event is not complete in Community. If the Hero Metric card is present but grayed out, this means there is no event data for the given event.

Events by Day

  • The ‘All’ Radio button shows an aggregated view of the events for an order over time. This will show how events grow over time.
  • The ‘Events’ Radio button shows a breakout of events over time. This gives a more granular view to see how events performed individually over the flight of the campaign.

EvPM by Event

  • Breakout of EvPM (Events per 1000 Impressions) by Event
    • EvPM calculation = Events / 3rd Party Impressions * 1000
  • Events will reflect custom names set up in Community by the DSE
  • EvPM Benchmarks here

Conversion Performance

  • View comparisons of sub-campaigns for A/B testing. Each row equates to a sub-campaign that is set up in ArtsAI.
  • On the Events Radio button, see a breakout of events by sub-campaign. Custom event names will be reflected here.
  • On the Engagements Radio button, see breakout of EvPM and Revenue (if any is associated with the events) per sub-campaign.

Dashboard Actions

  • Use the filter tray to filter by Date. Media Type/Product and Line Item (DSEs only) are not available for ArtsAI filtering.
  • Download the PNG and PDF of the dashboard using the download button in the upper right corner.
  • PowerPoint download of the attribution data is not yet available.
  • Download the widgets in the dashboard into CSV or PNG format using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of each widget.
