How to Add a Line to Invoice Details on an Existing AR Invoice
After an Invoice has been entered, a User may need to update the Detail before billing.
Navigate to Account Receivable > Service Accounts > Click on the Service Account then the Invoices tab or right click on the Service Account from the list.
From the Invoices tab right click on the appropriate Invoice then choose Invoice Details on the dropdown or click on the Invoice then go to the Details tab.
From the Work with Invoice Details tab, press + in the toolbar to Add a new line.

Transaction date | Invoice date. Defaults to current date. |
Service code | Choose code you're billing for. |
Line item description | Desired line description on invoice |
Line item extended description | Additional line information if needed. Does not print on the invoice. |
Line item reference | Informational field. |
Quantity ordered | Enter quantity of item or defaults to 1. |
Unit price | Enter unit price per item. |
Extended price | Calculation of quantity ordered x unit price. |
Override extended price | Override calculated extended price if needed. |

After line item is complete, press Submit to save the line. User will be navigated back to the Work with Invoice Details screen.
