Dear owners, welcome to GPS Renting! We are excited to have you with us! We understand that there is a lot of information to consume and you must have tons of questions too. That's why we prepare this checklist to highlight some of the most frequently asked questions in different phases of the property management journey.

Getting the property ready

PMA Signing

  • Term is 12 months (Or the length of the lease) and renews automatically.
  • Extra fees are involved, such as the $295 onboarding set-up fee, $135 marketing photos and $179 rekey fee (will be reimbursed by a tenant unless it is the City of Seattle).
  • $500 reserve fund and $500 maintenance limit.
  • Utility set up - what stays with the owner and what will be transferred to the tenant HOA requirements.
