Fund Inquiry - Screen Overview
Fund Inquiry
Screen Code: gldfndi
This screen lets you search and select the fund by Fund Number and view the Fund Type, Fund Object Code, Description, Total Budget, YTD Actual, Available Balance, and Percent. Fund Inquiry does not allow you to drill into line-level details as it displays the aggregate totals across fund types.
Navigation Tip: General Ledger >> Inquires >> Fund Inquiry.
It has the following parameters:

Include GL Account Type.

Filter by GL Account Types such as Expenditure, Revenue, and Expenditure, Balance Sheet (which will include assets, liabilities, and equities) or All.

Period ending
|
Accounting Period ending in mmyyyy format.
|
Filter by ending period.
|
Display zero amounts?
|
Include or exclude zero amounts.
|
Filter by zero or non zero accounts.
|
Sort order
|
Sort by Account Object or GL Account order or Account Type then.
