Added Bulk Add and Bulk Delete Visit Tag bulk actions

Note Required Permission: Bulk Actions or BulkSetVisitTags must be granted to a user before they can use this new functionality.

Two new bulk actions have been added to reporting data grids throughout GoRev.

Bulk Add Visit Tags and Bulk Delete Visit Tags

Bulk add visit tags

Highlight the rows you wish to add visit tags to, right click, and select Bulk Add Visit Tags

Add tags as you normally would by instant searching for them and clicking to add to your list. Tags add immediately as you add them to your list to all accounts you have selected.

Bulk delete visit tags

When you click Bulk Delete Visit Tags the same UI appears but now shows all unique tags found across all accounts you have selected. Clicking the red x next to a tag will cause the system to bulk remove the tag from any account you have selected where the tag exists.
