Facebook - Partnership Ad (Brand Content) vs. Tagged Page
Partnership ad (Branded content)
Partnership ad (Branded content) should always be used for Station Social campaigns; this field is required for CSMs to fill out with the client's page. Branded content should still be included even if there is also a request to do a Tagged Page.
Make sure that the client's Page has not restricted permission to tag their Page for branded content. If it has, let the DSE know and provide this documentation. If there are continued issues with giving permissions, escalate to your pod manager using this template.
Setting up Partnership ads on the ad
- Go into your iHM Digital Ads Manager
- On the Ad level, toggle on Partnership ad
- Please make sure the First Identity Facebook Page also matches the Facebook Page selected on the Ad Set level
- On Second Identity, search for the Brand's Page and select from the dropdown list
- If you get an error regarding tagging permission, check out this Guru card: https://app.getguru.com/card/ie9KyadT/Facebook-Partnership-Ad-Permission
- This will then be your Branded Content page and should look like this:
- Provide share links to your DSE and confirm.

OR
- This is what your Tagged Page should look like:
- Provide share links to your DSE and confirm.
